Specials

Specials are great! We want to help you promote them. Please read below for how to alert us of specials.

In your SEM Budgets folder we have added a document where you can share your specials each month.

By default, we will set all specials to pause at the end of the month. If a special is pausing sooner or later than the end of the month, please include that in your document or email us when it is pausing. If you don't alert us the special is ending, we cannot be held accountable for any active ads or extensions promoting the special, which is why we default to pause them at the end of each month.

If you upload your specials at the beginning of the month, you can just let us know that when you alert us your budgets updates have been completed. If you add a special at any other time, please email cortland@tractorbeam.com or click to the help icon at the bottom of this page and select SEM in the drop-down to let us know we need to activate a special.
