Onboarding a Property

Thank you for choosing us as a partner to make your community a success! To get started, please follow the steps below.

Information to provide

  1. Please fill out the community distinctions document
  2. If the property will have SEM, please create a community folder under your name. You can add any logos, images, or lead lists here. If you plan to run display campaigns, please make sure you upload logos.
  3. If the property will have SEM, please add budgets to your SEM budgets spreadsheet.

Alert us of your new community

  1. Click the Help icon at the bottom of this screen

  1. Enter your email address, then select New Property Onboarding in the drop-down
  2. In the text box, share the following infomation:
  • Name of the property (new and old, if applicable)
  • The unit count
  • Which services you are wanting (SEO and/or SEM)
  • The acquisition date, if applicable, and desired launch date for services to begin
  • The URL (new and old, if applicable)

Press Send. This will create a ticket for us to onboard the property.
