Lead and Resident Lists

What we need

If you are running retargeting ads of any kind, providing us with a lead list will be very helpful. We just need First and Last Name, Phone Number, and Email Address. We recommend sharing updated lists every 30, 60, or 90 days depending on how much data you share in each list.

You can provide resident lists so we can create look-a-like audiences. We just need First and Last Name, Phone Number, and Email Address.

Where to share the lists

You can upload those in your community folders under each property. Please delete any old lists in the community folder when you upload the new one. Next, please email us which communities have new lists at cortland@tractorbeam.com or click the help icon at the bottom of this page and select SEM in the drop-down.
